My masters was in exercise adherence and motivation Although was years ago and I'm not so good at it anymore as my exercise equipment are now my clothes horses
I've gone for the idea that chocolate exercise. Maybe I could do with more motivation myself! |

Definitely doesn't rule you out at all , i like cake although made a big valentines cake had to run to family with half so i wouldn't eat it all. Cake is just to nice. |

If you have an iptv subscription. The "Insanity" program with Shaun T is on it. Its crazy hard but I've lost over two stone doing it(and not even doing it everyday like you're supposed too)in a short time.

Anyone else who wasn't added yet? No Luckers please only genuine people interested in fitness and health that will take part and chat as often as possible. If this isn't you and you don't have the time then no point in joining as Luckers will be removed. |

Does anyone do kickboxing? I have started back doing a workout last night.... I think it's a great all round workout.. Just need to get new weighted gloves... |

Very interested, had a couple of back surgeries in last 12 months. So need any help re fitness. Im also a very good cook and have lots of healthy, easy to prepare meals, be glad to share. |

Anyone on here use resistance bands mainly or solely in their muscle building routine? I'd like to know your experience with them. I find them good atm but dunno how good they'll be longterm . |
