Never smoked in my life thank fook.
Vaping worries me tbh the already known effects and the long term unknown 
Recent research shows nicotine content in one pod is equivalent to about 20 cigarettes. pods also include other ingredients such as propylene glycol, glycerine, and benzoic acid.
Like wtf good can come of ingesting that?
I know people who never smoked that have started vaping almost as a fashion accessory

Havent smoked in nearly 20 years, cant believe I ever did.
In France its still considered "cool" to smoke and majority of kids still do.
Also still associated with keeping slim.
Thankfully most of the kids here seem to have more sense |

Barely see any young people smoke these days. Tbf I've often used the line "who even smokes these days". Definitely not "cool " in Ireland anymore thank god. Lent for me is tough. The only thing I really could do is watch my language more or take up learning a new one. I'm going to do neither though. |

Yup 
I gave up the rollies and was vaping for two months last year but they crept back in. Its a love/hate relationship. |

Yep, it's cool these days for the teenagers to be sporty and strong, smoking is definitely frowned upon. It's one of the good influences of social media. |
