So I'm a little surprised (yep even after all the shit I see on here) at the mentality of some fabsters in general, including some prominent Irish forum posters!
I was recently chatting to a woman on her who frequently posts hot photos which deservedly attract lots of fabs. No not that woman, another one.
Anyway..... It turns out that this girl gets abuse from well known Irish profiles for her photos and....... Wait for it...... gets messaged by some profiles (including regular Irish forum posters) asking her to stop posting photos and to "give others a chance" to get the seemingly most coveted most fab top spot.
Seriously!!!! Asking a hot girl to stop posting photos so that one might get their bang average photos to the number 1 most fabbed spot.
Reminds me of the rival American ice skaters in the lead up to the Lillehammer olypmics when Tonya Harding arranged to have get rival Nancy Kerrigan kneecapped as she knew she wasnt as good a skater, but wanted to win!

Asking anyone whether they are hot or not is out of line. People need to cop on and let people use fab the way they want. |

Nothing surprises me on this site anymore. For sure there are people who totally depend on the amount of fabs they get on their photos to reassure themselves (I've seen it first hand) I take everything people say with a pinch of salt, (good or bad!) |

But messaging fellow females to ask them to stop posting pics and "give others a chance"????
Incredible behaviour from an adult regardless of the context. |

100% agree. But nothing surprises me on here. Messaging anyone to tell then to stop posting pics is daft but people are weird |

I’m not at all surprised... I’ve seen it on different platforms... it’s just like Likes on Facebook it taps into our need to be loved and desired and accepted.. it’s the way we are all hard wired.. just some get more lost in it than others... what can you do.. |

I find the ladies here very supportive and empowering of each other. The only time I would message a lady about her photo is to compliment her on it or ask her where she got her lingerie from. I've never had one bitchy comment or message from any of the girls here. We should lift each other up not knock each other down. |

To be honest it's laughable now the lengths some people will go to here to appear popular. To actually ask someone not to post photos so someone else can be number one is pathetic in my eyes.
I have often fabbed those ladies that are number one,two and so on and will continue to do so. Not all of us are that needy or hungry for attention and can appreciate beautiful women. Happy fabbing all x |

Thats just ridiculous behaviour from anyone on any social site! It is never ok to send someone shitty messages and then to do it in order to have some sort of 'one up' on them is even worse!!!! People behind a keyboard can sometimes just be the worst! Mrs C x |

We have rights to upload as many photos as we like.
I've never been on the hot top list because most of my photos are hidden and visible for friends only.
I agree with RedLips most of us women support each other and compliment each other, and this kind of behaviour is inappropriate, especially on the adults website |

Bang average in MY opinion. I'm allowed an opinion right?? I've seen these pics and in my opinion they are BANG AVERAGE. Now I haven't named any names so I'm not attempting to support or berate any individuals pics publically.
But last time I checked I was allowed to forum an opinion on a photo that someone posts publically on here. If they object to me thinking it's average or if they even care then perhaps they should refrain from making it public rather than messaging someone else asking them to take there's down.
Is there an issue here pal?? |

You should know by now there's no issue at all because I call it as I see it on here. I'm not disagreeing that it's a ridiculous thing to do by anyone. Getting to the top of the hotpics is an obsession by some people as is attention seeking.
You are entitled to your opinion on what is hot and what is not. I asked so you could clarify if it was your opinion or the opinion of the person being asked not to post. |

I might get shot down for this but I believe that there are some people (mainly ladies) whose main motivation here is attention/validation/verification, it's not sex at all. Plus the more attention they get, the more they crave so it's a vicious circle which can lead to actions such as what you describe, OP. However, let me say that any ladies here that I've chatted to, or met have been really lovely and supportive. Mrs |

Is getting to the top of hot pics that big a deal anyhow ?
The pics that are usually at the top usually deserve to be up there. Yes there are people who are regularly up at the top but they put the effort in to take good pics and post them regularly. And fair play to them. I really wouldn't have thought getting to the top would be that big a deal that people would ask others not to post.

Is it really such a big thing to be on top fab pics? I don’t know as it doesn’t bother me. I’ll never make it there & I don’t care either. The ladies on here are amazing, they don’t shut the door on anyone, but then it only takes one to rock the boat. Who knows, was it said in jest? Is it really jealousy? I’m guessing, but I hope the lady doesn’t stop with her pics. |

Any fab ladies I know are very supportive of each other and I'd echo a few of the above ladies sentiments we would compliment each other ? |
Reply privately (thread closed by moderator) | |
I smell a discrepancy:
1. My single profile photos were regularly in most fabbed list and zero times have I received any messages telling me to give someone else a chance.
2. Most regular forum posters (with only exception of profiles who just feel the need to fight with everyone for any reason, yes you know who you are) have more class than that and generally don't give a damn about who's on top fabbed photos. Quite the opposite actually - they create "well done" posts to celebrate them. Most recent one I've seen was one dedicated to our beautiful Isserley. |

I can assure you and others who voiced scepticism that there is no "discrepancy" or mistake and sadly it is indeed the case.
Actually surprised about the number of private messages I've had regarding the same.
It also appears that what some 'women' say on here and what they say elsewhere is where the 'discrepancy' lies. Nothing like keeping up appearances! |

Is there something to be gained from being top of the list?
I mean, besides the fact that it’s nice to get fabs, particularly for those of us who may not get many
But is there something to be gained from being top of the list on a regular basis, or a certain number of times in a month, apart form an ego boost, which I’m sure is well deserved, but do you get a membership discount or something?
Or job offers as a model or something?.....
I’m only asking so I know what I’m aiming for.....
I really need to up my game...... |

Such drama on the Internet
IF it's true then I feel sorry for the person who feels the need for their attractiveness validated by random strangers
I do feel it's more a case of someone being duped by the whole 'oh I'm so hot women are scared no one else will notice them so they are mean to me'
If someone was getting these types of mail then surely the report block and move on mantra should be applied here
If it's something the OP has made up to amuse himself or pay tribute to the hot woman who stands out so much from the bang average in his eyes, hopefully it will get him a shag
It's all just font on a screen. Most people have more going on in their lives than worrying about strangers approval |

Woah, I think given the posts of a few women on here it's easy to see that this could happen.
I know names, I'm not going to post them on here, we all know naming and shaming isn't allowed.
Me calling these pics bang average is nothing like the same. Ive kept it anonymous and I'm allowed to have an opinion. As I've said before if someone posts photos of themselves on a public forum then they are opening themselves up to that. Just because they seem deluded enough to think they should expect to get lots of fabs on their photos doesn't mean everykne thinks the same. Now I agree, messaging such women to tell them their pics are bang average would make me no better and would be wrong, but I haven't done that. So your point is completely irrelevant, touchy much??
Anyone who thinks I'm sad enough to make this up or to pedal it with an agenda in the hope of getting laid is just as sad. I guess that's the typical fab mindset that there has to be a motive for everything to try to get a leg over.
And the hypocrisy of this whole thing?? some of those involved have actually posted on this thread. Nice people! |

I've been here for a good while and I've seen and witnessed quite substantial drama deriving from the hot pic feature.
It spans from bending over backwards to get the hundreds of fabs needed for the top ten and even into the uk tops to pure and bare rivalry, jealousy, spite, malice, intrigues and piles of lies.
While the 'collecting fabs addiction' doesn't harm others, it's their business, their way of using fab and it's each on their own.
The other end of the scale, when the fab competition is being taken too seriously, that's way more scary and malicious but thankfully also not too common. As others mentioned above most ladies are supportive of each other but there's the odd ones that go off the rails for whatever reason.
Anyhow got a small taste of it myself many moons ago, one (of several) reason I took my pics out of the fab circus. I'm not here to compete or for drama.
Finally as also mentioned above, op keep in mind there's always two sides of a story and not everything that shines is gold. 'Above average' lookers are not always angels and the victims of said attacks, I've actually seen it more the other way around. |
