I'm lucky enough to be a bartender who also kes cocktails so mine always taste like the bar ones but for you mojito you need mint leefs fresh lime Bacardi shake in a shaker add crised ice and soda water

Im not bartender. I've learnt how to do the proper mojito 5 years ago in Malaga. Thanks to my lovely smile - its an ice breaker - I can make not only mojito but other cocktails too

The secret is fresh ingredients - organic fresh mint must be crushed with the ice, lime, and unrefined cane sugar then add Bacardi, soda and enjoy it

I have tried one with the agava syrup and another with unrefined cane sugar and must say version no 2 is much tastier

Mint, NO sugar, lime leaves, extra lime juice, crushed ice, dark rum and soda water
