This is so often the problem with inviting someone to watch ie their expectation actually goes beyond just watching.
We love to have someone watch. We love it when we see their enjoyment play out too. But an expectation of joining in can ruin the whole experience for everyone. So many say they would love to watch but in reality what they mean us they're settling for that in the hope that things will play out differently |

One of the hottest meets I ever had was being invited by a cpl to come to Theres and watch
A chair was put out for me that couldn’t be moved and under no circumstances was I to touch and play with myself
If I did play would stop and asked to leave
