Hi, I’m new on fab and would appreciate feedback on my profile. People have been friendly and helpful so far which is great. I’m conscious of my age and that I’m older than most on here. I have wisdom highlights ! Thank you,

Also your profile says that you're attached... does he/she know you're on here? That's a major turn off for a lot of people....

Your phone is most of your profile picture, you don't say what you want or what makes you special, and besides that, it doesn't seem terrible. Don't have a dick pic as your profile picture but try something a bit more revealing

Yes it is best to be honest about being attached. Honesty will go in your favour with some here and then you'll get those who will pick you apart. Your profile photo does need to be changed to something more eye catching. Have a look at some of the male profiles here and take your lead from them. Maybe a nice shirt and tie or something similar . Happy fabbing.

To be fair, Ohpee, you have good starting off points in your bio but don't be afraid to expand on them and talk about yourself a bit more; it's your profile, your chance to put yourself across!

For example you mention sapiosexuality so maybe talk about why that appeals to you and why you consider yourself sapiosexual. That can create a nice wee ice breaker or topic for discussion if someone saw your profile! On that note talking about your interests, both sexual and otherwise, can do the same

As mentioned above pictures and variety are always a positive. Perhaps have a look at other mens profiles and get a feel for what seems a popular/attractive picture.

It's your profile so make it work for you but at the very least consider that if you were to stumble upon it, would it appeal to you? What about it would stand out and make you want to send a message?

It won't be for everyone, being attached, but in terms of your profile it's better to be up front about any and everything so people can make that judgement for themselves.

It must be wonderful to be in a life so perfect that you'd never fall foul of judgement . Would I condemn someone starving for robbing a loaf of bread ? No. Would I congratulate ? No. Would I understand it's essential to eat ? Yes

People live their lives destroying the planet driving gas guzzlers... dumping mountains of food.. being sychoohants to the rich... whilst treating the poor..the addicted... the homeless like dogshit. As if it's their free choice to live as they do. People live their lives in incredibly difficult circumstances that those in a position of wealth or freedom cannpt understand or empathise with . I don't know this chaps story at all and quite frankly it has sweet fuck all to do with me . His choice to be here and if the guillotine falls on him with his wife then that is his choice he made to come on here . People watching pirate movies. Buying chinese sweat shop clothes where little kids have blisters on their hands working as modern day slaves.. oh how the high horse has such a narrow squinted view if the mirror is said to reflect the moral pedestal we all should aspire to climb.

Well done on taking some of the advice you have been given so many ask but ignore any advice.

Your age will keep you out of some peoples filters but just concentrate on those whose filters allow you to message. Chat in the forums as well it's normally not too bad in here and a good way for people to see your personality.

Pay no heed to those who seem to search the forums so they can throw abuse about their favourite subject. Everyone has their own reasons for being on here.

very well said indeed, i nearly fell into the moral police trap(nice expression) on here but i found own mind and own my own stuff. Far to many here like to judge and critize people for not just fedelity, wearing to little, close up pictures, using labels and many more things. People have their own minds they should be able to be themselves, did many married couples include swing morals at the alter in their vows, i guess not as it isn't the done thing in religion is it? I wish the OP all the best and he shouldn't feel unwelcome or under anyones spell of how it should be here. OP my suggestion to you would be just be yourself.

Well done to the OP... a good approach and in my opinion there are more good people here than not in Fabland. I always remember one of them proverbs or whatnot; if you seek out good people that is what you are likely to find.

It’s not an easy world and the post from the individual on this forum on the moral high ground was excellent. Just to focus on one aspect in particular, that being people make choices. We all make a choice, perhaps a difficult one, to put ourselves out there on a site like Fab. It is through this opening of our selves that we hope to let the light in... we are not for everyone here and vice versa.

Silverfox..... good luck. I’ve been fortunate enough to chat with some good people on this post and can assure you that there are many friends potentially in this little bubble. But a word of caution, it can be like all good things, best in moderation. And final thought from the comfort of a lazy Saturday morning.... let the negative be like water off a ducks back... just let it roll away...

For clarity I don't in any way believe that you must swap partners to be a swinger. Each to their own an all that just highlighting how easy it is to be a judgemental asshat with limited information.

More pics are always a plus age shouldn't be a factor quality over quantity yes many would frown on you seeing people behind your partners back but in the end of the day it's your life and I'm sure your well aware of the consequences if she finds out
