At most 2 coffees and one tea per day.
Long way to go to catch Rylan Clark Neal though 
His coffee machine recorded 19,000 coffees in 2 years so split between him and his partner it works out at 26 per day apparently. |

If I'm working I usually make tea but it ends up going cold before I can drink it so I'd say maybe 2 cups. When I'm not working I make up for it by drinking about 9/10 cups (and by cups I mean huge buckets) of tea |

When I was in the office (what's an office?).. I lost count how many cups of coffee I had.. At home now probably 3/4..But you can't beat a cuppa tea and a slice of cake  |

Some Java junkies up in here.
Scarlett doesn’t drink tea or coffee.
I drink three strong cups of black coffee a day (three heaped teaspoons). Never started drinking coffee until I was only 30s so that shows how exciting my job is! |

2 coffees min of out and about with work and usually a cuppa tea at home after dinner. Never drink tea when out and about as its pee. Barry's all the way

"Was about 10 cups tea a day. Less now with one or two herbal teas thrown in. Never drank a cup of coffee in my life. Changed from Barry's to lyons because of the plastic in Barry's tea bags"

Im cutting down on in take .maybe 3xsmall cups of tea in the morning and one coffee .no suger just a small spoon of honey in a cup .just water in the afternoon. About two litres .

Easily 10 cups of tea a day. Mainly as an excuse to get up from my desk at work and walk around.
Bought decaf tea a while back I dont notice any difference in it. It all tastes the same to me. |

Ah, I dunno if there's shaking. But having a big travel mug of tea to bring up to bed with you doesnt help with trying to sleep :P |
