Besides an sti test a very long time ago (there wasn't any need for one this year) - none.
I was very sick last year at one point - for the first and only time ended up in an emergency room to only sit there for over 9h until they transfered me to a bed as it was way past 2am, they took my blood and urine samples, but couldn't come back with any answers a day and a half later, at which point I had an extremely long sleep and was feeling fit enough to walk. Which I did. Straight to nurses station to sign myself out of the hospital without any treatment. |

Biannual dentist check up, try keep for and healthy (been VERY tough of late!) and do the Laya Heartbeat tests every two years (covered by my employers health scheme).
We used to be able to attend a full health check in the Mater Private every two years with work, but that was peeled back. |
