Its cold ... its freezing...
Time to stick the kettle on ... and have the stove lit.... eat cosy up and hibernate ... and be reminiscent of all the kinky times ones had ... and plan new ones...
Right ??
How are you coping with lockdown... |

Stove is lit. Just had soup now a cuppa in hand. Feeling toasty. Im coping well with lockdown, I still have my job and have had time to re-evaluate things. Things could be worse. Im keeping the positive side out |

Kettle is on, fire is lit, and dinner is on, an aul Irish stew to warm the cockles.
Naughty flashbacks are on rerun in my mind, would love this whole lockdown shenanigans to feck off so we could plan some naughty nights away. |

Lockdown has sadly become the norm at the moment for me. But at least I've been working so that's not been a worry throughout all this. I cannot wait until I can book a night away or go out for a meal.
Today tho I'm off work fire is lit dinner is going on soon and I am just going to relax. |

Walked about 25 miles in the mountains on various walks over Christmas and New Year which is probably less than normal at this time of year but having a more relaxing day today ahead of another month of uncertainty.
No idea if I've got work tomorrow or the rest of the week so just taking it as it comes and not stressing over it. |

I've just finished putting an IKEA airing press together and attached it to the wall on the landing. Fiddliest piece ever. It collapsed at one point breaking some of the wooden plugs that hold it together and ripping a few chunks out. Had to glue it together and fill in some of the damage with filler before it was noticed!! |

Thankfully still working. Bought a few books to read and have plenty of baby cardigans to knit for friends.
One plus though checked my mileage from mar to Jan this year just under 20k the previous year was just under 40k.
No trips on my days off have saved me a fortune lol |

I haven’t minded lockdown, I like to hibernate sometimes, but it’s getting annoying now
Feet up, tv on and plenty of horny memories to reminisce about
Just need to imagine what horny meets I can get up to in the future |

The last two lockdowns I did so much around the house and garden,
so now I find myself facing into the possibility of a much longer lockdown it has left me wondering how to fill my time off again. I guess I didn't really think about it until I read this post . I did start a fitness challenge Jan 1st so maybe I'll up that and set myself a more challenging one. I need to keep busy or I'll crack up. Anyone else facing a lengthy time off work ? |

Having a pretty good time since the start thankfully
Kept the job, moved to a new house, had a great few months with a very sexy tinder meet. Christmas at home with the family and a few hot video sessions with a few fine women from fab
A recent tinder match looks like it’ll be fruitful soon too, fingers crossed
(when it’s safe and allowed of course)
Just need City to keep a clean sheet in the match today! |

Don't mind it one bit. Was working all last week and have loved the freezing cold crisp morning this weekend.
Yesterday went for a 5k on the crisp frost and today 36k on the mountain bike, minor roads and off road.
Clears the head and I'm not the needy type. |

In our office the majority of 150+ staff are now working from home, for a lot it works, but most will say they miss the crack etc from the office. I work 2 of my shifts in the main office and the other 4 in an office closer to home. I worked from home for a few weeks and the 8-6 and 2-12 shift was okay but the overnights were horrible. Plus I'm a people person I'm home alone as such and I need to be around people.
I miss my friends, I have missed neen able to go see them on my days off but I know things will get better and will
Have plenty of time to makeup for the things we have missed. |

I'm lucky in that I am still working and am work from home. I find working from home ok - I do tend to have a lot of interaction and meetings so I guess that helps. And as far as the lock downs etc go, I think I have coped pretty well. I have always liked working on my own - having a goal and getting it done. But everyone is different, it works for some, not so well for others. I do miss meeting up with friends, the Friday after work pints, the odd late night kebab on the way home!! |

I still have my job & I'm thankful for that in a monetary sense but also a keeping me sane one.
I miss my friends & family. Living alone, I get a bubble and got to spend time with my bubble today.
I sat down on new years eve and done out a plan for the month in terms of how I'll fill my evenings & weekends. I'm moving house soon so packing & sorting for that should hopefully keep me busy. |

"I am just waiting now for schools and colleges to be closed.... surely they will close them right ..??
Miss meeting for a social too... heard Costa was rife with sick baristas " only thing stopping them closing schools is childcare, who will mind the kids for mammy and daddy plus leaving cert students. What happens there. A plan should be in place. |

I don’t think they will. A lot of kids nearly went mad last time. The numbers are high now and no schools open so I can’t see it happening |

Extremely lucky to be working but stressing as I go to peoples homes sometimes between eight and fifteen a day, while we have a set of questions to ask before entering the increased incidence of this virus and people not being truthfully is causing me a lot of anxious moments even sleepless nights.
Its not just having to stay at home that is having an effect of peoples mental health |

Of course its essential for a whole generation of school children!! How's it not?? Home schooling?? How are parents expected to be able to teach a curriculum even for primary school. Jeez all you have to do is read some of the profiles and posts from adults on here to realise not everyone could homeschool a kid. |

It is not the schools that are driving this. That has been proven. It's adults who despite everything we've been made aware of for the last 10 months continue to act in an ignorant and self serving fashion. Its also the responsibility of parents who can't control their adolescent kids and let them attend 18th birthday parties etc.
There is a very prominent grammar school in belfast with some very affluent families, parents solicitors, doctors and dentists etc and they all had to self isolate after 23 17/18 year olds attended an 18th birthday party and a significant number of them tested positive. So the 2 whole year groups had to stay home.
It's time people stopped looking at blaming others and schools, it's the behaviour outside schools and repercussions need to be much tougher. Every single one of those kids and their parents should have had a police caution and it go on their record.
It's not OK, there is no excuse, we all know the consequences by this stage. And perhaps if this pretentious lot didn't get in to their university of choice based on their covid caution they'd reflect on their behaviour rather than laugh at it as they are no doubt doing. Because they don't deserve to be the solicitors, doctors or dentists of tomorrow.
The education of children esp young primary school children should not suffer as a consequence. |

" nobody fully knows whether schools are a jumper for cases or not. one person says asymptomatic kids don't spread it, next person says, that's not true at all. all I'm saying is youngsters in a classroom for 6 or so hours a day, 5 days a week is not ideal. we talk about getting the number below 100. that will come in quicker time with a heavier lockdown. I totally agree with you on the house parties but you can't stop them, that's personal responsibility, same is gatherings after funerals etc. we have seen a huge surge at the moment after the festive period. hopefully come middle of January and behind we will see it subside. |
