Yet to meet anyone who's resolutions survive January. They're pointless like most things we are conditioned to partake in at certain times of the year.

I want to try give up mochas I tried a few times but was only able to cut back . I am not a coffee drinker i do like hot chocolate but a friend introduced them to me a few years ago. I got hooked I immediately so coffee is definitely addictive without a shadow of a doubt. Funny though I still wont drink coffee on it own or anything that's to much tasting of coffee. The after taste of it is rotten.

Cut back on the chocolate.

Starting tomorrow (not waiting for NYD) I’m going to focus on toning up after my massive weight loss, but less sporadically, just getting a routine going. 5days a week, cross trainer and kettlebells and Pilates etc. I already walk 7km most mornings.

Why are they pointless?

Is anybody conditioned to take part in things? We all have free will!!

Tell that to ask the people paying over the odds for flowers on Valentine's Day when they can buy them for half the price the week before or after.

Tell that to the people availing of Black Friday "deals" which are usually available even cheaper at other times of the year.

Free will seems to vanish at times like that.

New year resolutions are all well and good but very few people have strong enough will power to see them through.

Make changes to your life certainly but one step at a time and there's more chance of success rather than creating a list where you'll only disappoint yourself.

Diets can only start on a new years day or a monday...

You can only stop smoking after you finish the last few in the box

You can eat healthily all week but your allowed eat what you like at weekends, you dont gain weight

Alcohol contains no calories...

I went to the gym for a full week and didnt lose weight..why....stop blowjobbing Mars bars and it might help

Anyone else need tips I'm available

The art of the apostrophe would appear to be unteachable so I wish you the very best of luck with that
