In my own personal opinion... I could be very wrong.... but. If the person your meeting with plays their part right there shouldn't be a problem getting hard again if you have cum before going out to meet them.. if there is "an issue " then maybe ur not that attracted to them or speak to you local gp  |

Here is my routine before a meet:
I prepare for 3 days in advance.
Firstly I like to get the diet right, all organic food, lots of spinach (his called popeye for a reason), lots of fresh fruit, and oysters.
Then I spend 3 days also watching motivational videos and on YT.
The key to this is the day of the meet then I watch the 25 minute Rocky 1-5 training montage at least 3 times in a row.
I also try not to sleep for two nights before so I can make myself delirious and edgy during the meet yknow.
As far as touching myself, it's a big no-no. Adds to the deliciousness and edginess.
Eventually popping a viagra and a valium at about an hour before, washed down with Redbull.
Then I eventually find out shes a no show. I have a cry and try sleep in the car but the red bull keeps me just lucid enough to get home to bed for the Tommy tank and 12 hour sleep
