Just spent an hour and a half filling in the form on the dfa website having all the necessary certificates, press print and my bloody printers out of ink! Aaaarrrrggghhhhh!
switch to printer options to 'pdf', email the pdf to yourself. Then log into your emails in the library pr a mates PC and print it off.
No big deal really.
