I'm neither a couple or a lady but it takes more than just a wink to start a conversation.
The wink only invites me to look at someone's profile but it's not a given that I'm going to respond or even wink back. |

"Quick question
So winks work or are they a complete waste of time.
Does any couples or ladies actually reply to them ??"
We don’t really think to check. Then we will go in to find a heap, some ageing, and just bulk delete unless there is a wink from someone we are stalking on our hotlist |

Find winks pretty pointless and almost lazy. Generally it's from someone who wants to chat but can't be arsed actually doing so. If someone wants to chat then we are more than happy to do so but winks get completely ignored. It's nothing to do with being stuck up as I've seen said here before but a wink just seems like a lack of effort |

"If I receive a wink and find the profile interesting I wink back for them to message, if they don't then I put a not on the profile for future reference "
Makes perfect sense, just another way of showing or acknowledging interest in getting in touch with a message! |
