Tigger’s song about bouncy, trouncy, flouncy fun keeps flying around my head today. He’s one of my favourite cartoon characters. His joy is infectious. I also love Dangerous Mouse. And of course Pinky and the Brain.

What cartoon characters do you like?

I'm counting animated characters from films, maybe its cheating I don't care, so I'm including Mr Potato Head and Ham from Toy Story in my list.

Bojack Horseman or Archer for the adult joy of animated TV (not cartoons).

But Cartoons - Pinky and the Brain all day long. Totally agreed. I had a GF in my teens and we’d watch cartoons (Animanics) get stoned and enjoy sex whenever we could! I’d go back to those days sometimes.

Both top shelf adult humour. Particularly Bojack.

Archer is a lot more a tongue in cheek early James Bond.... with plenty of sex humour front and centre thrown in too...

From my time I guess, but I always liked the Hanna Barbera cartoons like Captain Caveman and The Hair Bear Bunch.

But Hong Kong Fooey takes some beating

I think its actually the theme tunes that make the difference.

Animaniacs is back (with Pinky & The Brain) on Hulu...the trailers are on YouTube, well worth checking out for some nostalgic fun.
