Is it safe to take it regularly? "
I was prescribed it for a month and told if it didn't work in that time it never would.
It didn't do I haven't taken it since. No idea about long term effects but as it's designed to replace or top up the melatonin created naturally by your body I'd guess it should be ok but don't take my word for it |
