I find my phone does the job. The past few generations of smart phone should be more than capable.

For stability, You can pick up a cheap tripod for a couple of quid online (not sure if I can specific names).

I've got a decent digital SLR camera and video editing software. I did a lot of video work when doing Visual Art in college.

I still make Arty videos from time to time.
