Hi all
So today driving home from work I noticed a Christmas tree up. The outside of the house was also fully decorated.... Lights and outdoor ornaments etc
Personally I think it's to early
What does everyone else think?? |

Leave people to it. I know someone who are having Xmas Dinner this week as a family member is dying of cancer and won't make December.
I have a small Xmas tree up in my room all year around with just lights on it had bought box of baubles last month and put them on the tree yesterday because it makes me happy. |

Usually go away somewhere hot for Christmas and haven't had tree up in 5 years lol praying I still find somewhere hot to go that isn't in lockdown. Love looking at trees but hate putting them up and taking them down again. |

Normally I would say it's way too early but this year being as crappy as it has been I say go for it. If people want to put trees and decorations up early and sing Christmas songs then fair play if it makes people happy then that's a good thing this year  |

First time ever I'll put the tree up in November. I'll wait till the last week . I think if its something that gives people a boost and makes them feel good then why not. |

I think people are sick of been told of what and what not to do for the past 7 or 8 months, so if anybody wants to spread a bit of fun and cheer in these depressing times then fair play to them. |

This year has taught me you can't make plans as normal cos restrictions could be put in place and put the kybosh on them. So, do what makes you happy, when it makes you happy.  |

+1 here, if it's going to put a smile on someone's face it's well worth it.
Tradition in my family back home is to decorate the tree with sweets too , so kids can "steal" them when no-one is watching |
