Is anyone getting fed up of topping up their gas meter? We used the 100€ emergency credit during the first lockdown and its currently at €135 in debt. Put €15 on it earlier and was given €6 to use. We're on a very low income. I know we have to pay it back but they shouldn't be allowed to take so much off you in one go |

Contact your supplier and ask if they can arrange it that instead of taking half of the top up they take a bit less? |
