Respite is when a carer of a person with a disability gets a break or 'respite' it may be for a day or overnight or longer and usually involves another person or organisation looking after the person with the disability in their own home or in a facility. |

Do you mean respite ?. If so then it's a service that can take the person from mental health or learning difficulties in for a certain length of time. The service is aimed at giving those living with or caring for this person a break from their caring duties. Extremely hard services to access at the moment |
