I'm planning on starting a petition to stop people from posting threads on the forum that have already been posted 3,000 times in the last week. That's my plan.

Same, it's been a busy few months and we've both actively avoided gyms. Online classes are back up and running so we'll make the most of our home workouts

Loads of options for homework outs and running or doing HIT classes outside. All about the mindset

If you have a rottweiler the fur can produce a delicate fiber but mix it with alpaca or sheep wool for better results

I made some changes in the last lockdown that I’m just trying to continue. Appreciate the little things and continue to sea swim most days.

Exercise and use the baking as reward lol

Try getting down to a forest trail for running.....your knees will be less sore,

Write a poem or a song...

Look up some online courses

Cook or bake...

Yoga or pilates

Read a book

Here’s a fun fact.

There’s very little difference in the calories regardless of how fast you run. So walking is still very beneficial

Walking is def beneficial!

Running will burn a lot more calories

I'm 255-265lb... if I walk at 3mph

And if I run at 5.5mph... theres quite a difference

It has to make a difference ..no ?.. if you're running and putting extra pressure on everything ..heart..lungs etc etc it burns up more calories than walking ?

The difference you’d notice would not be worth the effort of running faster.

This is why a lot of people don’t like running. They assume you have to run fast. The complete opposite is true

That's good to know. I used to run a lot over the years but I prefer walking the same distance these days, it's far more enjoyable. I was too focussed on my times for many years and hated running as a result - Mrs

This perfectly sums up why people hate running. Forget the time and it’s so much more enjoyable!!
