A severe thunderclap like headache that hits right at the moment of orgasm. Thought to be caused by the dilation of blood vessels similar to a migraine.
I experienced this for the first, second, and third time today. It feels like I'm all of a sudden being thrown into the peak of a migraine.
Has anyone else ever experienced this??? I can't believe I can't cum! |

Thank you. I'm going to go to the doctor anyway just because it's so out of the blue and new.
I don't smoke anymore but I could definitely do better with drinking water.
Did they pass on their own? |

"Sounds like you might be dehydrated.
I haven't drank much water today but I usually drink between 2-3 litres a day. Hopefully that's all it is! "
I get lots of different problems if I'm not religious about drinking enough water. |

Took a couple of weeks and they stopped but I did cut down on the smoking in the evening and tried to drink plenty of water throughout the day |

I think for me it's to do with how I breath.. sometimes I forget to when I'm close to cuming and I get a headache like my head is going to explode I think it could be b.p related but it passes very quickly after orgasam |

I get them too sometimes, particularly if I've been going for a long time. Always just before orgasm or on orgasm.
Went to doc, he just said it happens to some people. Drink water and remember to breathe. |

I used to take them . Doctor said could be caused by sudden release of tension built up in head and neck during sex. It does normally pass on its own. Doctor recommended take couple pain killers beforehand that worked for me.also cold outdoors fun makes it 10 times worse. |
