So what has your experiences with these people apologises to those who's name is Karen I'm sure your sound out please don't crucify me
Once a few years back when I met up with a few friends, we was going to get something to eat and one friend trips over and lands on her ass. We all laugh about it, even the girl that fell.
Karen, who is just pulling out of the drive-thru, parks, gets out of her car, and yells at all of us about how that is not funny and we should be ashamed of ourselves for treating a friend that way.
Her sudden passionate and unwarranted anger makes us laugh even harder, which makes her even angrier. Eventually we ignore her proceeded to get some food.

Karen is a pejorative term used in the United States and other English-speaking countries for a woman perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is appropriate or necessary. A common stereotype is that of a white woman who uses her privilege to demand her own way at the expense of others.
Some amount of them on youtube
Never heard the name used for a man |

"I wonder what the male alternative, or is it just picking at strong women? "
I dont believe these women are strong to be honest.
I believe the shopworker who gets abuse for asking her to wear a mask and doesn't wallop her is stronger |

There are lots of strong women in many walks of life. I would not consider the Karens I have met to be in particularly strong. But I am sure some might be. |

A Karen once wanted to complain to the manager (myself on duty) that her table wasn't ready precisely at 2pm. Because she rang twice and was assured that she'll have a table. It was 2:04. Her table was getting set up as I spoke to her.
Only reason her table wasn't ready because every single previous booking was 40 minutes late coming in due to the main road being partially closed off for a bike race. She didn't want to hear it. Apparently I'm in charge of roads and traffic jams.
Also witnessed a Karen in a wild:
Woman was screaming (not exaggerating - proper screaming) at some staff member standing at information desk in a shopping centre. What was her problem? One of fast food places ran out of chicken balls too early in a day and they didn't know if they will have them later.
Karens and Kyles aren't always white and most definitely aren't strong.
They are entitled people who think that the whole world revolves around them, who think that the whole world ows them something and when something doesn't go their way - they try to achieve what they want by throwing a tantrum which usually involves belittling anyone in their close up target field.

Sounds about right, my kids refer to their stepmother as a Karen and your last paragraph describes her to a T |
