Now I love a big floury spud in the evening. I like the pinks what's everyone else's take Kerr pinks or whites discuss

I used to love kerr pinks and roosters but in recent years the shops are full of white potatoes.. Took me a while to get used to them but now I prefer whites over dry fluffy spuds

You know only Ireland and England like the dry fluffy. They nothing of they ways of the dry fluffy on main land europe. I was living there and you would be crying out for it.

That's right any of the whites I buy in aldi or lidl are produced in Italy

Ye best get yer belly full of em while ye can ten years ago there was 350 commercial spud growers in Ireland today there is only 150 left the move to rice and pasta has seen them drop like flies

Pinks, Queens, Maris Pipers and King Edwards for me. Although Navans are good all rounders.

For baby potatoes Jersey Royals when they're in season, Maris Peers, Anya and my favourite, Pink Fir Apple
