Not familiar with it, altough the name is a give away, I read up on it. It sounds like a sub type of BDSM with dom=hunter and sub=prey and throw in some animalistic behaviour. Needs a good amount of trust to venture into that. Although I like raw sex it wouldn't be my thing, the role play bit would do my head in.

Primal play is more power exchange than dom sub, as in two party's can go into it and it's a game to see who takes control, for me primal play does not always have to be rough, it can be quite gental and caring, the roughness is a direct relation to how rough my partner is with me, just like animals of the same species they are generally not rough with each other without a reason to be, so for the me idea that just be use its primal means it has to be rough is wrong, being rough is just being rough, we can all do that, the art of primal is knowing when to be rough and when not to be, my current partner has never really seen me be very rough and she asked why, simple answer there, she's not rough with me so I don't have to fight her for control, I know it's a bit of a ramble I used to have better writings on primal on the fetish sites before I left them  |
