Tingles or soft actions triggering pleasant sensations through sound.

This is not unusual at. I experience this in the everyday. A sound or a frequency can trigger a mild but pleaurable sensation. Can at times include a subtle involuntary movement |

Yeah used to use it to fall asleep to myself, the frequency of the sound can trigger a response in the brain but also the sounds sometimes invoke childhood memories of easier times that can relax the mind. But now I sleep to philosophy by Alan Watts |

That's it as well. As a child I used to use soft sounds to fall asleep or I certainly reminds me of watching children's movies or television. One particular animated series which had a particular alien like character who was Hot AF lol

I listen to ASMR Darling on YouTube. Lots of stuff gives me tingles. A gentle touch, the sound of nails tapping on an object, someone breathing on my skin, watching someone drawing and the sound of the pencil lead on the page. Not weird at all. Dirk |

What would the difference of this be compared to listen to white noise for example to relax you |
