It's a Tuesday morning and you've a feeling that you haven't felt in a long time..Cmon spill the beans did you go to the pub last night .. Anyone else not feeling the best today in work  |

Nope.... not a massive pub goer anyway but with numbers back on the rise especially here in Cork im reining back in the little bit of leeway id given myself not increasing it. |

Went to my local. Had two pints. Met regulars that I hadn’t seen in 6 months. All socially distanced @ 2 meters. Numbers controlled at the front door. A small family owned and run pub and everyone behaved as they should have. |

I was in rathmines last night
I was in my car looking at a pub that was open with people in there drinking
Right beside me a Garda checkpoint was pulling in cyclists with no lights and e scooters
I thought all pubs had to close
They don't have an outdoor area as the customers were coming out the front door and smoking on the footpath |

I guess there was only a handful so! I just wanted to meet the regular lads take I haven't talked to in months.. Our place was the same @ 2 meters and screens all over the place but it was just nice to see some fimilar faces again. |

The local bar anounced they needed pre booking so called to ask... they said just walk in! I get not many people was really excited about the re opening or maybe because it was on a monday...definitely going in the next few days.. |

Yeah I was the same, there was a great atmosphere I must say and the match was on (very low volume cause sounds causes covid #SlapsForhead) it was just really nice to see some locals again.. There's a couple of lads I would of kept in contact with them as there in there late 70s early 80s as they love alone and I felt sorry for them but I was delighted to just see a smile on there faces again! I hope you've a lovely time when you do go out  |
