On both find tinder has more active people on it ? Or maybe I’m in the wrong area for bumble. So who else is on them or other apps? Since lockdown I think there great for connecting since the social aspect of pubs clubs wasn't there and still wont be with social distancing |

Never been on tinder, didnt like bumble, I’m on Pof - and afternoon rejoining here I see a lot of the same faces, some of whom would ignore me on Pof so interesting to see from there eyes that I’m ok for a quickie but not worth a drink and a chat! |

Tried tinder for a week and got banned (, the reasons honestly elude me) and I think I'm better off. Never been on bumble but I'd imagine there is little to distinguish them from each other. |

Yeah I am on Tinder to be honest. (I was with my ex/married etc. for 10 years, so lived a fairly sheltered life.)
So post split I tried it for a while. It's okay. Like here, it's better to meet up for a coffee or whatever than endless chat for days (or weeks!!)
I don't really bother with Tinder now, but it is still there.
Sure I only found out about fab 2 months ago! From a Tinder date HAHA! (See!!...sheltered!! ) |

But I did happen to come across 2 nice girls on Tinder that I recognised from here!
Their fab pics are a lot eh... 'riskier' than their Tinder pics.
But yes, I swiped right.

I'm on Tinder. Have recruited some lovely guys to Fabs ... I should be on a commission!
It's clear why I'm there but the mere suggestion of meeting for a drink is absurd to some matches which is both rude AF and presumptuous
I do find however that in general the guys I match with on Tinder are far more reliable than some guys here.
#controversial
Happy swiping

I gave up on Tinder and POF a long time ago. Trying Match.com now for 6 months but no one mails on it.
Here is so much better. I want the best of both worlds...swinging AND love. Is that possible? I live in hope. |

Rather have the drink and chat and take it from there , The rest could be the bonus

I'm on both and would see a few familiar faces, but would tend to bypass the ones i recognise on here incase it compromises their identity somewhat, just a discretion thing with me.
I'm very popular in South East Asia though |

I’m on Tinder and POF. Had some good dates and like socialising so turns out to be a good place for that. Apparently I’m a chatterbox as it’s said a lot to me. Don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing?? |

Yep!!! Totally agree to this!!
I’m not looking for a forever relationship, just casual open dating with great sex within the swinging world.
Some men on here just want to fuck and be on their way! Not for me thanks!
If I see them here I make a point of it, block and move on lol |

Was on Tinder once before. Found it meh.
I find it like a lottery for men. Me and about 2000 lads swipe like on a girls profile and let's see who she likes back haha. |

"Im on tinder..
You match with each other and you mail, but lots never mail back.
Talk to a few but not much more so far but who knows...
Hard to find and connect with the right lady.. "
I agree. I'm on it. Very few matches message or reply to one. There are also scam profiles. Good looking women will message and include an email as the only way of contact going forward where you then must click on a link(for their security!!!??) to proceed. I exchanged emails just once but didn't open the link. Three profiles had the exact same promiscuous text. SCAM. Hope no one got caught |

I'm on both, I have better interactions here tbh as the guys on Tinder / Bumble are mostly just looking for the ride (with me at least) and aren't remotely tactful about it.
On Fab, guys are more polite and up for a conversation because the parameters are set in advance I guess.
In summary, the guys on Fab and don't wanna date (me) , and the guys on dating apps also don't wanna date (me) ... So I'm out of options and just winging it til I meet the right guy SOMEWHERE! |

I use a few of the apps and have met 3 fellow fabbers on one of them over the past while!
Totally innocent matches to begin and then when chat turned a little naughty over the following days then admissions were made.
Seems to be a sizeable overlap |

Was on tinder.. a good few matches but a number of them don't message back when you mail them and a number of the ones i have met face to face never look like their pictures really because they all using filters or their pics are years old.
Dating during a pandemic has been challenging to say the least.
But if you not in you can't win. |

I was on tinder for some while met a few people from it but just felt after a couple of meets they weren't what was made out to be by there profile.. No matter what pictures you have uploaded it's all about conversation & personally!
I've always said you'd get to know someone alot better over a few drinks as they let go abit rather then a awkward dinner or somthing. |

Am on both, tinder is a bit more Craic, less active on bumble, the fact you have to make the first move is a bit unnerving, I feel for fellas in that instance. The dreaded fear of rejection.... online dating is a bit soul destroying. Some days I want to meet a fella for a relationship, some days I want to sit on faces and do my own thing. First world problem! |

"I'm on Tinder and Bumble. Bumble is very civilised, the ladies first rules probably s out a lot of the virtual cat-calling. Tinder is the middle ground mixing buttoned up Bumble and Fab filth"
Haha this is how I wanted to convey both, I lack the linguistic ability. What he said. |

This year I matched with a guy on Tinder chatted on and off wasn't feeling it and told him. He was very polite and cool about it. Later on in the year a Fab friend warned me about a profile showed me his face picture. It was the exact same guy. Only this time around he didnt take the similar polite rejection so well. He showered her with abuse and called her a whore. Gave me a great insight how differently some people can treat us here. |

"On tinder go through it every now and then but mich prefer here
At least here you can find like minded people. Cant be doing with all the txtn just to find out that you havnt the same interests "
It's a catch 22 - on here you have to build up a rapport with someone as well - otherwise you come off as rude or a bit of a creep. I sup pose the moral of the story is that its all about being respectful no matter what site you are on. |
