Very difficult even in the modern world for people to get help. I know from personal experience that in dark days it can take weeks just to get appointments

Tipperary and Dublin

Mental health is becoming a major concern nation wide. I have been in going into a few companies to teach some of their staff how to become mental health first aiders at work and it has been benifical to staff.

I am offering this course to anyone here intrested in doing it FREE OF CHARGE . Only thing is the course would be held in Cork. It's an accredited course and certificate recognised internationally

Pm me if anyone intrested

It helps to talk
