Never mind that Satan's jizz haha.

A nice sharp whiskey followed by a velvety cold Guinness.

Well, as my uncle used to say, don't try a Beamish outside of Cork... And he was from Derry

Now then, whiskey would deserve a whole separate thread. When I can afford it, a nice bottle of Redbreast( 12 y.o./lustau etc) goes down a treat. Maybe a bit of yellow spot. Or basic Jim Beam in the pub.

Any of those mentioned would be nice yeah. I'd just saviour that first one, haven't set foot inside a pub since 15th of March

Well its been such a long time, may as well do it in full. Perhaps a few bottles of claret to start with, then a barrel or two of ale, then maybe a case of rioja as a palette cleanser, followed by either the Jameson's distillery or the Bordeaux region. Then maybe the Vatican wine vault to finish followed by a take away before the taxi takes me away. Errm, I'll shut up now!

The only thing l look forward to with the pubs reopening is l hope that Music will be back in the pubs again as well.. it's the biggest loss of all throughout this Covid ..the music ..the truth of the matter here is , before this Covid craic cane along there were a lot of pubs on their knees already , some were only opening in the evenings for a few hours ,l had gone to see pub gigs on a regular basis on weekends and there mightened be 20 people in the pub a lot of the times .

It's not bad. Prefer Bulleit Bourbon to it.
