Have you tried sleep sounds? I've found listening to them has really helped. The key though has been finding out which sounds help and which annoy the hell out of me even more |

I agree with sleep sounds.. and above all, no phone or browsing an hour before you want to sleep.. and if you still can't sleep resist picking up your phone,
If you have stressful stuff cramming around your head, write them down. |
