What are your personal options? Is it a nice hotel while visiting the city, Dublin?

Yes I think it is. Now it's a little bit outside the city centre. But you are near ballbridge and there is a few pubs and restraunts there.

Second this its a lovely area and only a short taxi ride away from the city centre

Do plan to self isolate on arrival from the UK for 14 days while Ireland may be on the UK's green list we require travellers from the UK to self isolate u may need to inform the hotel that u will need isolate

Not being a killjoy but we are battling to suppress a second wave best stay safe stay home we would to see u in a post covid Ireland

It's in a nice part of Dublin. It's close to the city centre and you can also walk down to Landstown road and take a DART to the coastal areas like Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey. Dublin city is a bit of a ghost town at the moment. Message me and I can give you a list of good pubs and places to eat. If you are hiring a car I can recommend Glendalough to visit and the Dublin mountains.

The Camden Street Hotel is super. City centre location and very reasonably priced.

That's a 2min walk from Herbert Park Hotel and usually a lot cheaper
