Anyone watching this and see similarities with Misfits??? I'm only on ep 2 and there's Robert Sheehan playing a slightly wacky character in both and a group of kids each with a different super power! Enjoying it so far so I think I'll stick it out! Or is it worth it?????

I’m on episode 5 of the first season. Really enjoying it so far and music is great in it. Mr Sheahan is doing an excellent job as Claus

Just finished season 2 and it's just as good as the first season. Some very clever links to season 1 as well.

I've watched both seasons and I love the show. Sheehans character is similar but I'm not going to complain haha

Good show for sure and yes, definitely reminded me of misfits. Need to see if you actually watch the classic somewhere

Never seen the misfits, but started Umbrella Academy earlier this week and almost finished Season 1. Robert Sheehan is my favourite, but I find his face fascinatingly beautiful anyway (the reason I watched so many episodes of Love/Hate) he's almost ethereal.

All good reviews so far,I'll stick it out so! Klaus is definitely the livelier of the characters and I'm a Robert Sheehan fan anyway (but he's far too good looking). The soundtrack is fantastic too. Thanks for the comments..

Robert Sheehan has a serious Justin Hawkins look about him in Season 2. It oddly suits him

It's not a bad series for being written by My Chemical Romance frontman, Gerard Way.

I'm impressed so far.

Of all the main characters, Five is the one that I'd least like to get into a fight with. But then again, Teenagers scare the f@$%ing shit outta me.

I watched a few episodes thought it was ok but I haven't really taken to it yet. Might try a few more and see what happens since its getting great review on here. Just seems like there's so much going on. 7 kids running riot around the place would put anyone off.

I'm in love with Umbrella Academy! One of my favourite shows of all time, it's got everything: action, great tunes, romance, horror...

Just don't go chasing waterfalls. Stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to.

Brilliant! Robert Sheehan is so funny in it! Actually burst out laughing at the scene with the two lads coming to the rescue in the ice cream van to the sound of Cry of the Valkyrie's...

Watched it with my eldest and we both loved it.

He got the graphic novels for his birthday. And he's put a scene from it as the wallpaper on my phone.

I was mind blown that it was Gerard Way that wrote the comic of it.

Dublin City

Just finished the third season today. I'm always a bit cautious with time travel stuff but I guess the series doesn't take itself serious enough from the get-go, which affects my suspension of disbelief positively.

I did call Vanya's / Leonard's involvement in the first season's plot quite early though.

But I'm definitely still looking forward to the next season(s).
