I've got a routine
Once in I and for 30 second I complete 1 full rotation.
Wash hair facing the shower for an additional 1 minute including rinse.
Another 2 additional minutes required to wash body and any hard to reach areas and minding not to up end ones self by standing on the bar of soap
47.5 seconds to rinse and then 10 minutes to just stand there and enjoy the scalding.
I call it the " you beaut"
