I'm a woman and not actually sure the medical reasons why. I seemm to be more prone if lots of changes of position or if there's fast finger play if I'm on all fours, not so much if I'm lying on my back. I always assumed it was if more air was pushed in then it has to come out  so my fear would be if i was being spitroasted and not knowing if the other guy is going to be a knob about it until it's too late. Some of them can be horrendously loud and long. |

Its no big deal. The air has to come out somewhere. Its just a build up of air from a good pounding. Iv been third person in a couple of mmfs and its happened almost every time.
