Just wondering, is there many horsey girls or guys on here? I’ve worked in racing for years and rode lots of winners for some of the top stables in Ireland the uk. Just curious to know if any people that involved in the sport on here. |

At 6 ft tall and not exactly being a stick insect they must've been some horses you were riding to win!

I could be wrong but there wouldn't be that many prolific 6ft jockies with wins for top trainers.
Not doubting you but more of you did want to keep your anonymity from people on here especially those who would know the industry maybe share a bit less.
If you donr care who knows you on here then ignore the above |

There is actually a fair few jockeys who are about 6ft.Top weight in nh is about 12 stone. A lot of the taller lads are a fair bit underweight for their height in order to do thw weights.
So really the op being 6ft won't really give away his anonymity by saying he's an ex jockey. Maybe he doesn't mind anyhow if people know who he is. |

Surprisingly it really wouldn't. Depending on how long his career has been and how long ago he was race riding. It really doesn't unless someone could really be bothered to go searching. Big top yards turn out a lot of winners in a year. Ridden by a fair few different jockeys so it really wouldn't narrow it down that much lol |

I work in racing and there are loads of nh jockeys who are over 6ft... Where you a point to point rider or mainly on the track? Plenty leave it for the same reason as u. Plenty of horsey people on here for sure. |
