Scared of needless here. Getting a piercing of any kind makes my skin crawl me big time.
Some piercings in certain places start to smell too if they aren't cleaned properly.
So in general I'm not a big fan of piercings on other people either.
Dirk on other hand is a man and men like everything that is attached to erogenous areas

Anything not cleaned properly will begin to smell, in that respect piercings should only smell bad if the wound gets infected |

I've had it longer than I've not tbh and back then you got local anaesthetic but there's less skin to go through than an earring so can't imagine it would be that bad. Never caught it in anything but I've rattled some teeth

I’ve one nipple pierced , it was extremely inverted before I got it pierced . Now it matches the other one . Cosmetic reasons only for me
