i started with good intentions and then the doritos started calling my name. Just ordered more plates tonight and i started back with body weight exercises today to ease back in and i ate no chocolate today so im well pleased with yself lol |

I ordered a set or dumbells back in March, they arrived last week  thankfully my trainer is back last few weeks doing outside sessions. Gonna take me ages to undo last few months though. Btw u look stunning  |

started back Monday and kept with it all week so far so happy enough. The lockdown bod was getting well out of hand.

Better late than never though  himself will help me with my training so im not too bad that way. I need to get my hands on some dumbbells myself. neither of us are overly sure about what the situation is with our gym. Im not going to go by scales im just sticking with how my clothes are. thank you and back at you xxx |

Better late than never though himself will help me with my training so im not too bad that way. I need to get my hands on some dumbbells myself. neither of us are overly sure about what the situation is with our gym. Im not going to go by scales im just sticking with how my clothes are. thank you and back at you xxx"
I’ve been using stuff I found from around the house and garden it makes for a fun workout. I try get in a run everyday to keep up my cardio. |

Because some girls (and guys) promise the sun moon and stars for a verification and they get them!!
Example; I got a message from a girl who just joined and was very close by in north Dublin, we chatted for a while, she asked me to verify her, I said we do cam and she made many excuses. Within an hour she had a meet verification from a guy in Cork and another from Galway??

Folks.....gyms dont keep us from putting on weight,may it be loss of gainz(body comp)or extra bodyfat....its about calories in and out that matters....you dont need weights to keep or improve....theres always other options...every little helps...gyms and all being MIA for so long have been hard going i know....its all bout being happy within yourself...if you feel you wish to do something about your health or fitness then do it...noone else is gonna do it for you...small changes will make a big impact...gyms are just handy,almost an excuse/reason to try n get fitter/healthier....eat good,enjoy yourselves now n then..watch your calories,thatll make more of an impression than holding out for things to go back to pre lockdown  |
