I think that's why they work so well to be honest, he knows and openly admits he isn't Freddie. Nobody will ever be.
He isn't trying to be an impersonator, it would never work and would be an insult to Freddie, Queen and Adam Lambert if they tried to that.
More power to them. Fantastic music that has proved timeless.

I think that's why they work so well to be honest, he knows and openly admits he isn't Freddie. Nobody will ever be.
He isn't trying to be an impersonator, it would never work and would be an insult to Freddie, Queen and Adam Lambert if they tried to that.

I seen him tour with Queen last year. I was skeptical at first but he won me over within minutes. Incredible vocal range, but as you said, didnt try to impersonate him, just do the best job he could.
Side note, Bob Geldof was also surprisingly good, supporting them with the Boomtown Rats |
