From what I've been led to believe...
CD - Crossdresser, usually a straight person who just likes wearing traditionally clothes of the opposite sex.
TV - Transvestite, a gay or bi person who likes to live as the opposite sex for part of their life and takes a reversed role in sexual activity.
TS - Transsexual, a person who has gone through, or in the process of going through a partial or full sex change.
Pardon my ignorance if I've got it wrong, I'm very open to being corrected. |

Just realized you were looking for answers from people who describe themselves as one of the above.
My bad. Ignore what I said |

No problem some people have answered privately as they didn't want to put the answers public

Just to clarify.
There isn't any difference between a CD and a TV bar the spelling and personal or cultural preferences. Neither ones sexuality, gender or orientation have anything as such to do with cross dressing. I do accept that there may be a little more bisexual activity going on within some CD's but it isn't a prerequisite here.
As regards TS or transsexual, well both are outdated terms these days as is the term "sex change". In general Transgender or TG are the the preferred terms to use, with trans man or trans woman being the phrases to use if simply using he/him or her/she isn't enough for us. In general TG people are those who don't essentially identify as being of their assigned gender at birth. They need not always go forward for medical treatment or surgery for a variety of reasons.
I hope this helps |

"Blame Fab for that one and not me. It only offers you a box saying TV/TS "
Ok thank you... that clears up the confusion I had on that point and I never even thought it would be down to labels that the site forces on you |
