I can relate Simon as a fellow single it's been a very lonely few months.
But look on the bright side - from Monday, you can go anywhere in your county and you're lucky to be in the Capital. Stay strong, we're nearly out of it now |

Routine has helped me stay motivated and busy during this time. Working out, running, healthy diet, sleep and no alcohol has definitely helped. Might sound boring but I've stayed lockdown sane because of it. |

Op- sorry to hear that you are feeling below par and your energy levels are low. Firstly go to your GP and get a check up including ECG & Blood pressure-blood test. You need to rule out all the usual suspects, Anemia, B12 deficiency, diabetes,
You also need to rule out stuff like glandular fever & post viral fatigue syndrome, hepatitis. Lyme disease, Lupus, fibromyalgia,
Plus a full Sti screen is highly advisable, including a throat swab.
Hope this helps... |

"Anyone else feeling this the last few weeks? Definitely not a good time to be single imo. Finding it hard to get motivated...about anything if I'm honest."
I was like this the last few days but picked it up about today, it's definitely the lockdown for me anyway. As i am so outgoing leading a very busy active lifestyle, then to being stuck in the house all the time. There is only so much painting i can do, reluctantly aswell. We are nearly there OP, try keep it positive and talking about it here is good to . I am sure there is lots of people on the same boat . |
