There's different type of cheesecakes and obviously various recipes that go with it.
My mum makes one of those baked cheesecakes, a recipe handed down by my granny. Her cake is a huge success on every party and everyone loves it.  |

It’s impossible to make a BAKED CHEESECAKE with out baking it so I’m guessing that they are indeed very very sane in a fucked is crazy world.

I thought you just melded butter and mixed it with your bashed up digestive biscuit base and it went in the fridge
Love the lemon ones or my local restaurant does a Terry's chocolate orange one which is gorgeous
Has anyone ever seen a lime one in a shop ...would love to try that if its available |

Yea the usual version has cream,cream cheese and icing sugar and whatever toppings you want the baked version has similar but you add eggs to the mixture. |
