Well Ladies and Gents the time has finally arrived for the TeaGirls Dublin Meetup to Commence. This project has been in the works for quite some time now and we are so happy to see movement taking place!
For our first meeting we have chosen for the venue to be held in Dublin as this seems the most accessible to everyone. The event will take place on the 8th August 2020 in a private house in Dublin City. The door will open at 9 pm to participants however allowances can be made for dressers to show up at 7:30 pm in order to get dressed in a discreet and secure location which will be made known to all event participants on the day of the event. The event will host a large variety of different people with different backgrounds and ideologies. We ask that every participant respect the other members and their boundaries at the event. No one is required to join in on any sort of activities that take place at the event unless they would like to. This is a rule which must be strictly adhered to. The doors will close at 11:30 pm giving you over 2 hours to make your way inside.
This event will be highly monitored by the organisers of this event with every minute detail being looked into. We ask that all members carry themselves with decorum especially when it comes to keeping noise levels as low as possible. This is not a club type event; this is an evening soiree with an added element of excitement. The use of any hardcore drugs is not permitted within or around the event.
In terms of pricing, we wanted to keep it fair and make sure that whatever we were charging was in line with our ideal budgets. The event will provide for light refreshments and beverages to keep everyone going through the night. Ticket prices are as follows. All TV/TS participants will pay a fee of €30.00. All individuals who identify as male/admirers will pay a fee of €40.00. Ticket types will be corroborated at entry of the event in order to make sure people have purchased the correct type. The cost of each ticket is based on a number of different factors which we have had to take into account i.e. cost of venue, estimation of attendance as well as making sure there is a near even ration of TV/ TS and Admirers.
In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic we expect that restrictions will be eased enough to allow for the event to take place. Should any plans to change you will be informed in well enough time. We want to make sure that you are completely confident in all areas of the planning of this event and so we invite you to ask any question which you may have.
