Ups- It’s made me appreciate things more, I recently W ent back to work and while I sometimes don’t like the job I love the actual work I do and had forgotten that.
Downs- I lived a form of lockdown for over 10 years due to bad anxiety and sometimes I can feel those emotions and tendencies creeping back in. |
