2 car loads of my best pals, heading west on a scorching sunny day. Swimming. A big rented house with a huge kitchen. Late afternoon BBQ with loads of yummy salads and perfectly cooked meat and alllll the wine. Lighting a fire in the evening. Taking turns queuing songs. Dancing and laughing and talking and debating, deciding we could do a better job of running the country ourselves. So lost in the conversation that we don’t realise the time til we see the sun rise begin. Catching a few hours sleep before getting up for strong coffee and cooking bacon while listening to the radio. Everyone relaxed and carefree, no anxiety.
And maybe an eyebrow tint if there’s any wish left over please  |
