This thread will probably be removed but after seeing a person post last night, and the person profile is gone this morning I just wanted to share some supports available, if anyone wants to add to it please do.

Samaritans can call 116 123

Pieta house can call 1800 247 247

Gardai 999

Mentalhealthireland.ie

Grow.ie

Please anyone struggling just reach out to someone, times are strange and definitely at the moment some people have no outside contact with the world.

But someone cares I promise xx

Somewhere in Co. Down

Hopefully this post does stay up. And I hope the poster from last night is doing a bit better this morning at least he reached out that's the hardest step.

Well done DD for posting this if it helps one person even then it was worth it.

Yeah hopefully he’s in a better place today. It’s easy to put a smile on your face but be hurting so much behind it.

"Regrettably I didn't get his number....."

Hopefully by everyone reaching out he realised people care. It's amazing how one message can help people.

A friend of mine quoted something she had read...online or in a book....

I'd rather listen to the problems you have for hours

Than your five minute obituary
