whats on your play list.

We are training together in our home gym and never totally agree on each others choice lol

I like dance and P likes metal music when lifting

Any advice

we have similar tastes when it comes to working out but personally still like to whack on my own spotify list and headphones when we train together. hollywood undead, rob bailey and rammstein are our main ones but i do have a "dance list" for cardio

Square up by Rob Bailey was always my go to for a 1rm attempt...

So lucky you have a home gym, it's times like these we wish we had invested . 2 x 3kg dumbbells and 2 resistance bands is all we have. First job once lockdown is over

Just looked at your profile and ye guys are in amazing shape. Look fantastic.

We love working out and incorporating bands in our home workouts. There is so much you can do with them.

We still workout 5 days at home and loving it but miss the gym atmosphere.
