Finger fumbles are always my main point of interest when it comes to group sex and sti's. Some people always sing their own praises about how they always wear a condom, how they change a condom between swapping partners... do they wash their hands thoroughly between touching multiple vaginas? Do they wash hands before putting on a condom?

It'll help prevent it slightly, but it'll be passed by even touch. So even though it helps, it's transmitted so easily there's almost no point. It does though let people know you care.

I'm in retail and we're in regular contact with HSE over guidelines and preventative measures. Facemasks provide little to no protection and they don't recommend wearing gloves either.

They're still being provided but it's more of a "let people feel safe and protected" by providing masks and gloves

The face masks are more to help the person wearing it to stop spreading it if they have it as oppose to protecting the wearer from catching it. Gloves are no good if out and about unless you are constantly changing them.

Yeah the masks are preventative for someone who might possibly have the virus. It doesn't provide protection for those who don't have it.

Any correspondence we've had has been wash your hands every 30 minutes and sanitise. People may wear gloves but it is not recommended as it can lead to a false sense of security. I think the same as above is on the HSE website

I’m with you on this but I don’t think it’s unhealthy I just think it’s absolutely pointless ... bacteria always finds a way to thrive

Healthy diet, stabilised level if vit D3, C and B 12, being active and decrease intake of sugar and carbs make us stronger.

You live in the country where deficiency of vit d3 is very high - thats why people are weaker here.

Please make sure to check it in September before season begins.

If you feel unwell, as a prevention, its good to take a big shot of these vitamins for first 3 days: 500OUI D3 once a day and 2000mg of vit C every 6 hrs.

My sister in law works on ICU in States, my twin sister is a doctor in Ireland, so I know what am saying.
