Just curious to see whats everyones favourite food is to kick start a fab day.
Mine is veggie pudding cooked for 2 r 3 minutes. Then mashed up on the pan and 4 egges whisked with a little bit of milk and added to the pan.
What u get is a lovely flavoured scramble egg mixed with veggie pudding.
Oh ya dont forget the pepper.
Then a nice glass of OJ and a stong coffee.

How can you drink this stuff, genuinely, I've tried.
It makes me physically sick just by the smell and even makes me feel dizzy/slightly sore at the front of my head like I'm getting a headache |

I'm actually from a borderline county! A tough one! I would love to drink the stuff tbh to keep me awake in work or just before the gym but my stomach turns with the smell and then the taste makes me gag as if I'm about to throw up. |

My go to brekkie when I'm working is a banana peacan muffin, spinach smoothie and iced coffee. But these days I've got more time so have been replacing the muffin with a mushroom omelette and guac. |

Flahavans organic porridge oats made with oat milk, spoonful of Whole Earth roasted crunchy peanut butter stirred in, topped with fresh Pink Lady apple slices, cinnamon and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.

The food didn't really matter as long as we had coffee with it but overnight oats is a big fave of ours. Yesterday our Nespresso machine died on its arse and now the world feels like it's going to end |

No time to cook this morning so its a shake
2 scoop of protein
300ml of protein milk
2 scoop of oats
Handful of frozen berries
And boom. Out the doors in less than 5minutes. |

Exactly, I have a good diet for the rest of the day and black coffee is enough until lunchtime. |

When i took my profile picture i was on a 16/8 intermittent fasting diet plan. So my first meal was around 12.30 in the day. First 2 weeks of trying this my body was in an awful way. Cranky moody and starving but on week 3 i felt fine. I was surprised how good i felt and amazed how much energy i had after wk 3.
Done this diet for approx 2 months. Great way to tone up but since the lockdown ive returned to my old ways of eating all around me |

I'm not so complicated. Either porridge.. or pancakes with strawberries&banana with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on side....
But if I want a homey breakfast and I've time, can't beat fried rice with fried egg and sausage for breakfast for me. |
