Ok, I know this has nothing to do with swinging... But can any Architects or Construction Professionals possibly give me an opinion on house plans I got draw up.

Any feedback from professionals would really help...

Darragh

May I suggest you google Simon RIAI

Its an initiative to help the simon community

You pay i think 90 euro and an architect will look at your plans and give you advice on what to change and whats feasible

I believe they do really good work for you for a very good price

This looks great. Far play to Dermot Bannon and the Architects involved for giving their time to raise money for the homeless

Very interesting will have to keep that in mind for future projects.

OP lots of apps nowadays and programs online to help optimise space, also remember what's in big fashion today maybe out in 5 years.

just about northside

An architect, an artist, and an engineer were discussing whether it was better to spend time with the wife or a mistress. The architect said he enjoyed time with his wife, building a solid foundation for an enduring relationship. The artist said he enjoyed time with his mistress, because of the passion and mystery he found there. The engineer said, "I like both." "Both?" asked the architect and artist in unison. The engineer replied, "Yeah. If you have a wife and a mistress, they will each assume that you are spending time with the other woman, so you can go to the office and get some work done."
