Anyone else hear liveline yesterday?

Shocked that people still hold these views or aware that as a country we have a long way to go regarding embracing healthy sexual habits?

Mary said that "Normal People " looked like a porno but that she's never seen a porno

Can they not just switch off or do they have to watch to be offended

Regarding Normal People TV adaption . . I haven’t seen it myself but believe it’s excellent . . Others disagree . .

What Ud see in porn (even though she doesn’t watch it herself)

No wonder we have a pandemic (young people having sex to blame)

Sluts

Totally unbelievable (17 year olds driving cars and being in pubs)

Tommy got called by two worried young married women about it so that’s why he was watching

Morality ruined

Just the highlights!

Some people are only happy being offended, it's not like we need to subject ourselves to Joe Duffy to experience this.

If some twat rings the show complaining it's not Duffy's fault . She probably had nothing else to do as the church was closed

thankfully I never listen to him. He must have the biggest hard on at the moment with all the doom and gloom about. Its shows like his that cause some people to go into depression listening to nothing but moaning and bad news

It's a great book and I'm glad they haven't watered down the series. Seriously people need to get over themselves and turn off the TV if they're offende by something. There's a reason it's not on until after 10pm.

There are many small-minded Catholic conservative prudish people particularly in rural Ireland, who still slavishly cling to the false morality of the church. They will always be hypocritical dishonest people who hide behind a veneer of respectability.
